About Jake Newall

Jake grew up in Tallebudgera Valley, raised on acreage with the hinterland as his backyard. School was local at St Andrews Lutheran College, and the rest of his childhood was spent outside. Swimming the waterholes through Tallebudgera and Currumbin, fishing off the Gold Coast, and learning the things acreage teaches you that a suburban block never will. Managing water in a dry summer and runoff in a wet one. Understanding the difference between flat usable land and land that just looks good on a listing. When he walks a property with a buyer or a seller, he sees it the way someone who's lived it sees it.

Jake served as a Combat Engineer in the Australian Defence Force before moving into a career as a contract mining surveyor. The surveying role was far more than running equipment. He negotiated with clients across multiple sites, trained new staff, and worked closely with senior management on budgeting and scheduling, often sitting as the middle ground between the office and the pit. It opened the door to real estate through cadastral work, giving him a deep understanding of land, boundaries, and titles that most agents never get exposed to.

Jake's approach is straightforward. He communicates honestly, stays hands-on from the first conversation to the last, and knows every detail of every listing he represents. For Jake, selling property isn't about pressure or polish. It's about preparation, knowing the area, and looking after the people in front of him.
